Can you have text flow between 2 documents in Indesign?

greatly enjoyed the InDesign seminar in philly @vectorbabe@indesignsecrets Thanks!

A well designed page makes my heart sing.

Just condensed some solutions enough to take out exactly half a signature... :)

@MathType Any news on better integration of MathType with InDesign?

@MathType still fighting larger parenthesis in MT eps files...won't appear when exported to PDF after placed in InDesign CS3.  Any ideas?

Is there a way to flow text between several indesign documents?

InDesign&Mathtype: Keeping the weird symbol font & inserting symbols where I need them from another font. Edit>Insert Symbol—appears to work

I think I just solved it!!!!!! Test as we speak...

I would totally buy a mathtype plug-in for Indesign. Why hasn't anyone developed it?

MathType is really one of the better ways to do mathematical typesetting. I really wish they had an InDesign plug-in.

@MathType I called you today to ask a font question :).

in need of a typographer...or type designer...

looking for a new mathematical font that has the greek letters and will work with MathType

Anyone want to make a font for us?

@MathType by folders or if a font has certain characters? or only set fonts...

looking for a mathematical font to replace symbol

Suitcase or Linotype messed with MathType…

When you export a PDF from Indesign does it use the display or postscript font?

What if I use MathType and install all OpenType fonts…

@iwsayers I've been using Linotype FontExplorer X. How is suitcase better? I'm also using MathType so I need no confusion with fonts.

@iwsayers I own both & want to start using it, but need to start w/ clean font system. Would it hurt to install CS4 first? What's better?

I want to do a fresh install on my mac & need to figure out how to manage fonts…

@iwsayers absolutely in a book! 520 is too much for 1 document.

Can CS3 and CS4 live on the same computer in harmony?

stupid fonts…

still having problems with parenthesis and exponents!

I need a font manager that understands me!

Just finished a 520 page book today…oh the feeling of accomplishment!

Enjoying Algebra 2 today.

Really enjoyed the Read between the Leading podcast this week! Thanks!

Put in almost equal time between InDesign and MathType today.

I just saved myself a bunch of time by applying an object style…so wonderful.

Object Styles to the Rescue!

Is there a way to auto fit just horizontally in InDesign? If so, that would be really useful. I would call it 'fit frame to content horizontally'

Thankful for the MathType feature that aligns = signs and decimals within a matrix.

The matrix is one of MathType's best features. That and fractions.

wish there was a record action button in ID or a reapply…I suppose that's what quick apply is for. Not so excited about that feature yet…

Why oh why do beginning designers put so many darn tabs and spaces? It's driving me crazy.

Do font nightmares ever disappear? I pray for the day when people only use correct fonts with clean computer systems...

Placed a MathType file and applied an object style....and then a celebratory note. Styles save the day.

started using object styles and it's making a huge difference. Why didn't I think of this sooner?

So excited about the finished product. Yay, new books!

I dislike coming up with invoices for non-profits. I never know whether to charge full price or give them a discount because they are a non-profit and otherwise couldn't afford my services.

Was complimented again by our printer and pre-press department. Are they just trying to encourage me or are they serious?

Windows users have control, but Mac users have command.

I tried to alt/opt + scroll to zoom in while using Safari, but realized I wasn't in InDesign.

So excited about the finished product. Yay, new books!

Have I mentioned lately how much I love paragraph & nested styles?

cha-ching! I just found an awesome feature. I can add letters to automatic numbering. I wondered if I could do that! Just made my day…

Mr. Tiger could be marketed as a space heater.

Someone once told me that if InDesign doesn't quit on you at least once a day, you're not working hard enough.

loving the new matrix features in MathType 6.0 for mac

oh, mr. Tiger, why are you always so moody?
